摘　　要：智能手机在人们工作、生活中应用广泛,但同时也留下了许多的痕迹,这使手机取证能够为经济犯罪案件侦查提供有价值的线索、定罪量刑的依据,并且能够节约经济犯罪案件的办案成本。目前手机取证在法律依据和应用原则上已经构建了相应体系,但是仍存在对手机取证在经济犯罪案件侦查中的重要作用认识不足、应用不够等问题。通过不断审视手机取证发展的新趋势,优化现场处置、方案制定、行业规范、模型算法等方面,提升手机取证效能,助力经济犯罪案件高效侦办。Smart phones are widely used in people’s work and life,but at the same time,they leave many traces,which makes mobile phone forensics provide valuable clues for the investigation of economic crimes and the basis of conviction and sentencing,and save the cost of handling economic crimes.At present,the corresponding system of mobile phone forensics has been established in terms of legal basis and application principles,but there are still some problems such as insufficient understanding and application of the important role of mobile phone forensics in the investigation of economic crimes.By constantly examining the new developing trend of mobile phone forensics and optimizing on-site disposal,scheme formulation,industry standards and model algorithms,the efficiency of mobile phone forensics can be improved to help efficiently investigate economic crimes.
