摘 要:为提升雷达兵分队管理课程教学质量效益,分析了该课程教学面临的现实问题;根据“情境—问题—探究”(SQI)教学法内涵,阐述了该课程采用SQI教学法的实施方法;以课程基础理论模块中“激励方法的运用”内容为例,给出了具体教学过程.教学实践表明,学员形成性考核、终结性考核和总评成绩平均分分别提升了6.97%、6.45%和6.60%;43.75%的学员认为SQI教学法能显著提升学习兴趣.In order to improve the teaching quality and efficiency of the Radar Detachment Management course,this article analyzes the practical problems in the teaching of the course.Then,according to the connotation of“situational-question-inquiry”(SQI)teaching method,the article expounds how to implement SQI teaching method in the course.Finally,the article takes“application of incentive methods”in the course basic theory module as an example to present the concrete teaching process.The teaching practice shows that the average scores of cadets’formative assessment,final assessment and total assessment have increased by 6.97%,6.45%and 6.60%respectively.43.75%of the cadets believe that SQI teaching method can significantly enhance their interest in learning.
