摘　　要：目的 研究以阿拉伯树胶为原料的L-阿拉伯糖的急性毒性与遗传毒性。方法 采用小鼠急性经口毒性试验、鼠伤寒沙门菌回复突变试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠睾丸染色体畸变试验进行L-阿拉伯糖安全性评价。结果 该L-阿拉伯糖对雌、雄ICR小鼠的急性经口毒性最大耐受剂量(maximum tolerable dose, MTD)均>10.00 g/kg BW。在加或不加S;的条件下,受试物各剂量组5组测试菌株的回变菌落数均未超过相应自发回变菌落数的2倍,亦无剂量-反应关系;与溶剂对照组比较,各剂量组小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核发生率,小鼠初级精母细胞常染色体单价体率、性染色体单价体率及畸变细胞率,差异均无统计学意义(χ^(2)值分布于0.000~0.122区间,P值均>0.05)。结论 以阿拉伯树胶为原料的L-阿拉伯糖急性经口毒性属实际无毒级,未见其明显致突变作用或遗传毒性。Objective To evaluate acute toxicity and genotoxicity of L-arabinose originated from gumarabic. Methods The acute oral toxicity test, reverse mutation test of Salmonella typhimurium,bone marrow cells micronucleus test, testicle cells chromosome aberration test were conducted in mice to evaluate the toxicity of L-arabinose. Results The maximum tolerable doses(MTD) of acute oral toxicity of L-arabinose were greater than 10.00 g/kg BW for both male and female ICR mice.The colony numbers of five bacterial strains reverse mutation in groups of all test concentrations were less than twice of that in negative group with or wihout S;,without any dose-dependent relationship. There was no significant difference in the micronucleus rate of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes, autosomal univalent body rate, sex chromosome univalent body rate and aberrant cell rate of primary spermatocytes in each dose group of L-arabinose(χ^(2)values were from 0.000 to 0.122,all P>0.05). Conclusion The acute oral toxicity of L-arabinose belongs to the actual non-toxic level, and there is no obvious mutagenic effect or genotoxicity.
