摘 要:目的 观察应用行为分析疗法联合游戏疗法对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童的疗效。方法 80例ASD儿童随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组实行常规训练,观察组实行应用行为分析疗法联合游戏疗法,疗程均为3个月。比较两组孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)、孤独症儿童行为检查表(ABC)、儿童神经心理行为量表评分差异。结果 治疗后观察组ATEC、CARS、ABC评分比对照组降低更明显,而神经心理行为量表得分比对照组更高(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 应用行为分析疗法联合游戏疗法可有效改善ASD患儿社交能力、适应能力、运动及言语等功能。Objective To observe the effect of applied behavior analysis(ABA) and play therapy(PT) on children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD). Methods Eighty ASD children were randomly treated with routine rehabilitation(control group) or ABA and PT(experimental group) for 3 months. Autism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC), child autism rating sc ale(CARS), autism behavior checklist(ABC), and children neuropsychological behavioral scale(CNBS) scores were compared between two groups. Results Compared with control group, ATEC, CARS and ABC scores were lower, while CNBS scores were higher in experimental group(P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion Combined ABA and PT can improved the sociability,adaptability, motor and language functions in ASD children.
