摘 要:为提高变频恒压二次供水设备运行能效水平,以并联运行水泵轴功率之和最小为目标,利用水泵轴功率特性方程绘制多泵并联恒压运行的流量—轴功率特性曲线,应用数形结合方法论证了多台同型号水泵并联运行轴功率之和为最小的必要条件是各泵等量同步运行,运行控制采用全变频方式。分析水泵并联特性曲线的高效区段和水泵性能参数,得出结论单泵高效区始、末端点的等效率系数之比k_(1)/k_(2)不小于4是适用全变频控制节能运行的前提。In order to improve the energy efficiency of variable frequency constant pressure secondary water supply equipment,the flow-shaft power characteristic curve of multi-pumps in parallel operation under constant pressure is drawn by using the power characteristic equation of the pump shaft.The necessary condition that the sum of the shaft power of the same type pumps in parallel is the minimum is that the pumps operate in equal synchronization,and the operation control adopts full frequency conversion.It is concluded that the ratio of equal efficiency coefficient k_(1)/k_(2) not less than 4 at the beginning and end of high efficiency zone of single pump is the prerequisite for energy saving operation with full frequency conversion control.Two series of different types of pumps k_(1)/k_(2) were checked.
