创新创业教育与高分子材料与工程专业教育融合的探讨

摘　　要：随着国家创新驱动发展战略的实施,新产业需要大量具有创新创业精神与符合新工科发展要求的专业人才。本文从创新创业教育融入专业教育面临的问题(例如,对创新创业教育理解不到位、课程体系不完善、实践环节薄弱等)与新工科背景下高分子材料与工程专业建设存在的课程建设、专业师资队伍培养与实践平台搭建的问题出发,提出可以从建立融合机制、培养新型师资力量与实践平台等三个角度探索促进创新创业教育与高分子材料与工程专业教育的融合发展。With the implementation of the development of national strategy driven by innovation,new industries need a large number of professionals with the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship and the eligibility of the developing requirements of new engineering.However,there are several problems(such as lack of understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education,imperfect curriculum system and insufficient practice training) in the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education.Meanwhile,there are also several puzzlers of the course construction,the training of professional teachers and the establishment of practical platform in the construction of polymer materials and engineering education under the background of new engineering.Therefore,we propose to promote the integration development of the innovation and entrepreneurship education and polymer materials and engineering education from three aspects:the establishment of integration mechanism,the cultivation of new teachers and practice platform.
