摘　　要：亚健康状态的发生与五脏功能失常,气血运行失调密切相关,体质异常是导致亚健康状态的内在因素。临床时要紧扣病机,辨证论治,分型治疗,同时注意体质的调理,辨体施养,方可取得较好的临床疗效。The occurrence of a sub-health state is closely related to the dysfunction of the five internal organs and the imbalance of qi and blood.Accordingly,abnormal constitutions are the internal factors leading to a sub-health state.In clinical practice,it is necessary to pay close attention to its pathogenesis,treating it on the basis of syndrome differentiations to recognize its specific syndrome pattern.At the same time,attention should be given to the recuperation of patients'physical conditions to obtain a better clinical curative effect.
