摘　　要：单方是中医方药的重要组成部分,最符合简、便、验、廉的中医药特色。医圣张仲景开创了单方辨证辨病治疗疾病的先河。仲景常用内服单方有大乌头煎、一物瓜蒂汤、猪肤汤、甘草汤、文蛤散、蜜煎、皂荚丸、诃黎勒散、鸡屎白散、红蓝花酒方等,外用单方有百合洗方、苦参汤、狼牙汤、蛇床子散、黄连粉、雄黄等。但单方在临证中多被边缘化,应用较少。因此,重温及总结单方在经方中的应用具有十分重要的意义。Single recipes are an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,most in line with the characteristics of simplicity,convenience,experiential effectiveness and cheapness of the theory.Zhang Zhongjing,a medical sage,pioneeres the treatment of diseases by single recipes based on syndrome differentiations and disease differentiations.Zhang Zhongjing's commonly used simple recipes include Da Wutou Decoction,Yiwu Guadi Decoction,Zhufu Decoction,Gancao Decoction,Wenge Powder,Honey Decoction,Zaojia Pill,Helile Powder,Jishibai Powder,Honglanhua Wine Prescription,and external recipes include Baihe Washing Recipe,Kusen Decoction,Langya Decoction,Shechuangzi Powder,Huanglian Powder,Xionghuang,etc.However,they are mostly marginalized in clinical practice and are rarely used.Therefore,it is of great significance to review and summarize the application of simple recipes in classical prescriptions.
