摘 要:目的应用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术(SPME-GC-MS),测定空气芳香剂中的挥发性成分,并定量的分析其中7种单萜醇类物质。方法以国产的空气芳香剂为研究材料,使用固相微萃取技术,采用顶空方式,利用固定相涂层对芳香剂中的挥发性成分进行萃取和富集,随后以热解吸的方式解脱附,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对其进行分离和检测,并根据结果定性、定量分析判断其成分问题。结果研究结果显示通过定性分析共检测出芳香剂中多种挥发性成分,其中包括烃类、醇类、酯类、醚类、醛类、酚类、酮类、酸类等化合物。定量分析7种单萜醇在1~500μg/L范围内有良好线性关系,相关系数(r)>0.9976,方法的检出限为0.256~1.050μg/L,所得平均加标回收率在83.2%~115.5%,测定值的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.66%~7.60%。结论试验表明本方法具有准确可靠、简单快速、重复性好和灵敏度高的优势,适用于空气芳香剂的挥发性成分的检测。Objective To determine the volatile components of air fresheners by SPME-GC/MS,and quantitatively analyze the seven monoterpene alcohols of them.Methods The domestic air fresheners were used as the research materials,and with solid phase microextraction technology and headspace method,the volatile components of air fresheners were extracted and enriched by stationary phase coating,followed by thermal desorption;it was separated and detected by GC-MS,and the components were judged through qualitative and quantitative analyses of the results.Results The results showed that a variety of volatile components of air fresheners were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),including hydrocarbons,alcohols,esters,ethers,aldehydes,phenols,ketones,acids and other compounds.The seven monoterpene alcohols showed good linearity in the range of 1~500μg/L with the correlation coefficients(r)>0.9976.The detection limits of the method were between 0.256~1.050μg/L.The average spiked recoveries ranged from 83.2 to 115.5%.The relative standard deviations(RSD)ranged from 2.66%to 7.60%.Conclusion The test results show that the method has the advantages of accuracy,reliability,simplicity,rapidity,good repeatability and high sensitivity,and is suitable for the determination of volatile components of air fresheners.
