摘 要:为探究教师生活满意度的纵向变化趋势及其宏观影响因素,本研究对2007至2018年间47篇测量教师生活满意度的调查报告进行横断历史的元分析。结果表明:教师生活满意度均值与年份之间呈显著负相关;经济压力、社会联结、社会威胁三方面的6项社会指标显著预测教师生活满意度的变化。本研究提出了影响我国教师生活满意度的三维生态整合框架,拓展理论基础的同时,为干预调节我国教师群体生活满意度提供决策依据。To explore the changes in life satisfaction levels of teachers and its influencing factors, this study conducted a cross-temporal meta-analysis of 47 papers measuring the levels of teachers’ life satisfaction from 2007 to 2018. Results showed that: The average score of life satisfaction of Chinese teachers has decreased significantly over time. Life satisfaction was significantly correlated with economic pressure, social connectedness, and social threat. The current study proposed a three-dimensional integrative ecological framework to explain the teachers’ life satisfaction. In addition to broadening the research, policy-making advices and other practicing strategies to improve the status of Chinese teachers’ life satisfaction were discussed.
