摘 要:建立了P型同轴型HPGe探测器的探头模型,利用标准源验证模型的准确性,计算了不同高度和不同密度下环境土壤样品中^(60)Co的探测效率值,拟合了探测效率曲线公式,给出了P型同轴型HPGe探测器测量环境土壤样品中^(60)Co活度的无源效率刻度方法。经验证,此方法的计算值与标准源刻度值的相对偏差在3%以内,证明了该方法的准确性。The main factors of detection efficiency of^(60)Co activity measurement in environmental soil samples based on gamma energy spectrum are the height and density of the sample,the height and density of environmental soil samples usually exist differences,therefore,gamma energy spectrum method is used to measure the activity of environmental soil samples of^(60)Co need to correct the detection efficiency,usually adopted method is to use sourceless efficiency calibration method based on Monte Carlo simulation.The article established a p-type coaxial HPGe detector model,the accuracy of the model is verified using the standard source,the detection efficiency value are calculated of environmental soil samples under different height and different density,the formula of detection efficiency curve is fitted,A sourceless efficiency calibration method for measuring^(60)Co activity in environmental soil samples with P-type coaxial HPGe detector is presented.It is verified that the relative deviation between the calculated value and the calibration value of the standard source is less than 3%,which proves the accuracy of this method.
