摘　　要：胡适作为新文化运动的翘楚,这个时期在不少文章中论及对科学的看法。本文围绕他关于科学概念和科学方法、科学文化和科学精神、科学破产和科学万能、科学与人生观诸问题的理解加以介绍和评论,并表明笔者的一孔之见。Hu Shih,one of the leaders of the New Cultural Movement,discussed his views of science in a number of articles penned in the late 1910s and early 1920s.This article introduces and comments on Hu’s understanding of such issues as the concept of science and scientific methods,scientific culture and spirit,the bankruptcy of the omnipotence of science,and science and the philosophy of life.
