明代妇女节烈行为的愚昧性及当代鉴示

摘　　要：明代妇女节烈行为具有非常明显的愚昧性,主要表现在两个方面:一是过激性。节妇为达到贞节目的,或自残,或自杀,有的还殃及子女,伤害亲人,无视自己、他人的健康和生命,手段繁多且惨无人道。二是无价值性。节妇为不义夫守节,受辱未至身先死,名节重于生命,未嫁守节、殉节,聚集性守节、殉节,没有必要,也毫无意义,多是漠视生命,徒作牺牲。明代妇女节烈行为的愚昧性在今天应引以为戒,在女性教育中要弘扬积极向上的价值,摈弃封建糟粕,避免其污染新时代女性美德的塑造。The ignorance of women’s chastity in the Ming Dynasty was obvious,manifested in two aspects,one is extremeness and the other is valuelessness.In order to achieve the goal of chastity,women may injure themselves or commit suicide,and some will bring harm to their children and relatives by various and inhumane means.They showed no respect to health and life of neither themselves nor others.Women keep chastity for their unrighteous husbands,die before they are insulted,value honor more than life.They even keep chastity without marriage,gather together to keep chastity and sacrifice their lives,all of these behaviours are unnecessary and meaningless,most of them ignore life and make sacrifices in vain.The ignorance of women’s chastity behavior in the Ming dynasty should be regarded as a revelation,so as to promote positive power in female education,to abandon feudal dross,and to prevent it from polluting the shaping of female virtues in the new era.
