摘　　要：本次研究的保温炉能耗低,操作简单,使用寿命长长,优质铝。加热装置分布在炉膛底部,靠近液管。加热元件由氮化硅陶瓷管保护。将收集到的温度发送到热电偶模块,经过A/D转换传输给PLC,使炉体保温温度更准确;惰性气体保护减少氧化物的产生成。铝液的流动性比一般低压铸造法高出近一倍。适用于薄壁、复杂形状、高强度铝合金低压铸造。加工方法有效保证了良好的材料流动性,避免了大量氧化渣层的夹杂和露出气孔等质量缺陷,适用于精密零件铸造新型高效环保铸造工艺。The holding furnace in this study has the advantages of low energy consumption,simple operation,long service life and high-quality aluminum.The heating device is distributed at the bottom of the furnace,close to the liquid pipe.The heating element is protected by a silicon nitride ceramic tube.Send the collected temperature to the thermocouple module and transmit it to PLC through a/D conversion to make the furnace insulation temperature more accurate;Inert gas protection reduces the formation of oxides.The fluidity of molten aluminum is nearly twice as high as that of general lowpressure casting method.It is suitable for low pressure casting of thin wall,complex shape and high strength aluminum alloy.The processing method effectively ensures good material fluidity and avoids quality defects such as inclusions and exposed pores in a large number of oxide slag layers.It is suitable for a new high-efficiency and environment-friendly casting process for precision parts casting.
