摘　　要：文章主要针对企业信息化软件项目的开发及解决进行研究,阐述了信息化软件开发项目的优势和开发平台的架构,分析了开发过程中存在的问题,包括软件需求定义模糊、项目参与者沟通不足等,提出解决策略,以供同行参考。This article mainly aims at the development of enterprise information software project measures and solutions are analyzed and explored, first elaborated the advantage of information software development project and development platform architecture, and analyzes the problems existing in the development process, including the definition of software requirements fuzzy and the shortage of project participants to communicate, and finally puts forward the solution and provide the reference for colleague.
