摘 要:目的:利用不确定度评定对水—氯化钠前处理保健食品的检测方法进行评价分析。方法:通过建立数学模型,分析不确定度来源,拟合各不确定度分量、合成不确定度及扩展不确定度。结果:试验中不确定度来源于标准曲线拟合、定容体积、标准溶液配制、重复性以及样品的称取。保健食品中美伐他汀、洛伐他汀以及辛伐他汀含量分别为0.0992,0.1010,0.0995mg/kg,扩展不确定度对应为0.0032,0.0056,0.0051mg/kg,k=2。结论:采用水—氯化钠前处理方法可以降低基质干扰并减少因重复性引入的不确定度。Objiective:In presence of measurement uncertainty evaluation,the detection methods,with water-sodium chloride pretreatment,for health food was evaluated.Methods:A mathematical model was established to analysis of uncertainty sources.Then the individual components of uncertainty were evaluated.Finally,the combined uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated.Results:The uncertainty caused by several factors,including the fitting of the standard curve,the preparation of solution and standard,the repeatability of measurement,and the weigh of sample.The contents of mevastatin,lovastatin and simvastatin were 0.0992,0.1010,0.0995 mg/kg in health foods,respectively.The relative combined standard uncertainties were about 0.0032,0.0056,0.0051 mg/kg,k=2.Conclusion:Water-sodium chloride pretreatmen can reduce the interference of matrix and the uncertainty introduced by repeatability.
