摘　　要：为构筑健康医疗数据互联互通应用的安全保障、形成可复制、可推广的成熟示范模式,构建国家肝胆疾病数据平台,并在其建设过程中充分发挥医疗数据安全标准的指南性作用和引领性优势,实施医疗数据的去标识化和分级应用规范,创建新型多中心、分布式医疗数据共享模式。作为健康医疗行业中标杆应用数据安全标准的先锋,将促进健康医疗数据安全标准全国范围的拓展与推广,引导各层级社会主体更加科学高效地开展健康医疗数据价值挖掘和创新应用。In order to strengthen the security guarantee of the interconnection and application of health and medical data,and form a mature model that can be replicated and promoted,the guiding role and feasibility advantages of medical data security standards should be fully utilized in the National Hepatobiliary Disease Standard Data Platform construction project.De-identification and hierarchical application processing create a new multi-center,distributed medical data sharing model.As a demonstration of good application of data security standards in the health care industry,it will promote the wider promotion of health care data security standards,and guide social subjects to more scientifically and rationally carry out value mining and innovative applications of health care data.
