摘  要:[目的]探讨茶树种子最适发芽处理方式。[方法]以舒茶早茶树种子为材料,以茶树发芽率为观察指标,探讨消毒、机械去壳和不同发芽床等3种处理方式对茶树种子发芽的影响。[结果]消毒处理可延长茶树种子的发芽过程,降低种子的发芽率;种子剥壳处理和纸上培养能够缩短种子的发芽过程,提高种子的发芽率。[结论]可为茶树种子发芽提供理论依据。[Objective] The aim was to explore the optimal germination treatment of tea seeds. [Method]Taking Shucha tea seeds as materials and the germination rate of tea trees as observation index,the effects of three treatments,namely disinfection,mechanical shucking and different germinating beds,on the germination of tea seeds were investigated. [Result] Disinfection treatment could prolong the germination process of tea seeds and reduce the germination rate of seeds. Seed peeling and paper culture could shorten the germination process and improve the germination rate of seeds. [Conclusion] It could provide theoretical basis for tea seed germination.
