摘  要:[目的]明确二化螟不同龄期幼虫在低温环境中生理代谢的变化特征。[方法]通过室内饲养的方式获得1~6龄的二化螟幼虫,将其分别在0、2、4、6、8、10℃的环境温度下进行24 h处理,以低温处理后能否协调运动作为判断二化螟幼虫存活的标准,将存活的幼虫作为生理生化指标测定的供试材料。分别采用烘干法、索氏抽提法、蒽酮法以及考马斯亮蓝法测定各龄幼虫的含水量、脂肪含量、总糖含量以及蛋白质含量。[结果]低龄幼虫的含水量在相同的环境温度下高于高龄幼虫,随着环境温度的下降,各龄幼虫的含水量均呈现显著的下降趋势;低龄幼虫的脂肪含量低于高龄幼虫,而总糖含量高于高龄幼虫,随着环境温度的下降,各龄幼虫的脂肪及蛋白质含量均呈现上升的趋势。二化螟幼虫可以通过降低含水量,调节脂肪、总糖及蛋白质的代谢来提高对低温环境的耐受性。[结论]可为研究该害虫的生态适应性评价及对其分布扩张趋势分析提供科学依据。[Objective]The aim was to clarify the characteristics of physiological metabolism of different instars of Chilo suppressalis in low temperature environment.[Method]The 1st to 6th instar of Chilo suppressalis were collected by indoor rearing and treated at 0,2,4,6,8 and 10℃for 24 hours,respectively.The survival of Chilo suppressalis larvae was determined by whether they could coordinate movement after low temperature treatment.The survival of Chilo suppressalis larvae was used as test materials for physiological and biochemical indexes.Water content,fat content,total sugar content and protein content of each instar larvae were determined by drying method,soxhlet extraction method,anthrone method and Coomassie bright blue method.[Result]The results showed that the water content of the younger larvae was higher than that of the older larvae at the same ambient temperature.With the decrease of ambient temperature,the water content of the younger larvae showed a significant decreasing trend.The fat content of young larvae was lower than that of old larvae,while the total sugar content was higher than that of old larvae.With the decrease of ambient temperature,the contents of fat and protein of young larvae showed an increasing trend.In conclusion,the larvae of Chilo suppressalis can improve their tolerance to low temperature environment by reducing water content and regulating the metabolism of fat,total sugar and protein.[Conclusion]It could provide scientific basis for ecological adaptability evaluation and distribution expansion trend analysis of this pest.
