摘  要:为实现货运增量的发展目标,靖神重载铁路构建实现了基于MCX的多媒体调度通信系统,为货运增量提供了可靠的通信保障。首先,分析重载铁路对调度通信业务提出的全新需求;其次,阐释靖神铁路MCX多媒体调度通信系统架构设计和关键技术;最后,开展了现场动态测试。测试结果表明,基于MCX的调度通信系统在呼叫建立时间和呼叫建立失败概率等关键指标方面均明显优于既有标准值。该项目的实施标志着我国首次实现了自主研发的MCX多媒体调度通信的工程应用,为推进铁路下一代调度通信技术的发展提供指导作用。In order to achieve the development goal of freight increment, Jingbian-Shenmu Heavy-haul Railway has constructed and realized the MCX-based multimedia dispatching communication system, which provides a reliable communication guarantee for freight increment. Firstly, this paper analyzes the new requirements of heavy-haul railway for dispatching communication service. Then, the architecture design and key technologies of Jingbian-Shenmu Railway MCX multimedia dispatch communication system are explained. Finally, field dynamic tests are carried out. The test results show that the MCX-based dispatch communication system is significantly better than the existing standard values in terms of key indicators such as call setup time and failure probability. The implementation of this project marks the first time that China has realized the engineering application of the self-developed MCX multimedia dispatching communication system, which provides guidance for the development of the next generation railway dispatching communication technology.
