地铁列车运行引起地面住宅振动烦恼率研究——以某城市地铁线路对应地面住宅为例

摘　　要：因地铁列车运行引起的地面住宅振动,进而导致居民烦恼率上升的问题越来越多。为了解实际运营地铁线路引起的地面住宅振动烦恼率,通过建立烦恼率模型,并结合现场测试,对测试结果分别采用规范标准和烦恼率进行分析对比。分析表明,在研究范例内,室内测点的振动水平均满足规范要求,但测点3位置处烦恼率达到13.3%。即在本次研究范例内,烦恼率模型的分析结果可以更详细、全面地对由于地铁列车运行地面住宅振动引起的居民烦恼度进行反映,符合现有规范要求的振动水平不一定所有位置都有较低的烦恼率,老人、儿童等特殊敏感人群对舒适度的要求更高,会出现一小部分人认为符合要求的振动水平“不可接受”。引入烦恼率模型进行研究,可以更好地解决现有规范标准存在的不足,为合理控制地铁列车运行对地面住宅产生的振动影响提供参考。More and more problems are coming with the increase of residents’ annoyance rate due to the vibration of ground dwellings caused by moving metro trains. In order to grasp the annoyance rate of ground dwellings vibration caused by moving metro train, this paper establishes an annoyance rate model, and analyzes and compares, in combination with field test, the test results based on standards and annoyance rates model. The result shows that the indoor vibration level meets the standard, but the annoyance rate at field test point 3 reaches 13.3% within the scope of the research. The analysis results of the annoyance rate model can reflect in more detail and comprehension the annoyance of residents caused by the vibration of the ground dwellings. Analysis shows that the vibration that meets the requirements of the existing standards does not necessarily need to have a low annoyance rate in all positions. Specially sensitive people such as the elderly and children have higher requirements for comfort, and a few people may take a vibration level that meets the standards as “Unacceptable”. The research can better solve the deficiencies of the existing norms and standards, and provide some references for the reasonable control of the impact of moving metro train on ground dwellings.
