摘  要:基于对中国情境下企业内的员工所能感知组织对其的发展投入对个体行为结果影响的探讨,对过往关于员工的发展投入感的相关理论进行了文献回顾与整理,从洞悉其内涵及影响机制着手,探索员工的组织发展投入感在组织管理中的应用。在有助于推动中国情境下人力资源管理领域研究进展的同时,拓宽了组织层面对员工行为影响的研究,也为后续研究者的探索提供些许参考,并以此为基础,从组织管理战略和培训方案的制定这2个层面提出合理的可行性建议,以期激发员工自我行为动机,提升组织整体绩效,给企业管理提供了一定的启示意义。Based on the discussion of the impact of employees’perceived organizational investment in their development on individual behavior outcomes in the Chinese context,the relevant theories and literatures about employees’development investment in the past are reviewed and sorted out.Starting with an insight into its connotation and influence mechanism,the application of employees’involvement sense of organizational development in organizational management is explored.It not only helps to promote the research progress in the field of human resource management in the Chinese context,but also broadens the research on the impact of organizational level on employee behavior,and also provides some reference for follow-up researchers.On this basis,the reasonable feasible suggestions are put forward from the two aspects of the formulation of organizational management strategy and training plan,in order to stimulate employees’self-behavior motivation,improve the overall performance of the organization and provide certain enlightenment for enterprise management.
