五味子藤总木脂素抗氧化活性研究

摘　　要：目的:通过体外抗氧化测试,评价五味子藤总木脂素固形物的抗氧化活性。方法:采用分光光度法检测五味子藤总木脂素固形物的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及对超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力。结果:五味子藤总木脂素固形物的总抗氧化值及对超氧阴离子自由基的抑制率均呈现浓度依赖性;当浓度为0.2 mg/mL时,总抗氧化值为(8.89±0.34)U/mg,约为同浓度VC的1/5,对超氧阴离子自由基的抑制率为(26.932±1.031)%,约为同浓度V_(C)的1/4。结论:五味子藤总木脂素固形物具有一定的抗氧化活性。Objective:The antioxidant activity of total lignan solids of Schisandra chinensis was determined by antioxidant test in vitro.Methods:The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and superoxide anion radical scavenging capacity of total lignan solids of Schisandra chinensis were determined by spectrophotometry.Results:The T-AOC value and superoxide anion radical inhibition rate were both in a concentration-dependent manner.When the concentration was 0.2 mg/mL,the total T-AOC value was(8.89±0.34)U/mg,which was about 1/5 of the same concentration of VC,and the inhibition rate of superoxide anion radical was(26.932±1.031)%,which was about 1/4 of the same concentration of V_(C).Conclusion:The total lignan solids of Schisandra chinensis had certain antioxidant activity.
