摘  要:职业教育高水平发展的主要特征为高质量、发展性、特色化,培育质量文化对于产教融合发展具有战略意义,有助于发挥职业教育支持社会经济转型的重要作用。我国产教融合实践中各个院校逐渐形成了各具特色的质量文化,通过对产教融合内在机理与质量文化概念内涵的剖析,诠释产教融合与质量文化的结构与逻辑关系,审思实践中的现实局限。基于保护参与主体产权、建立风险责任分担机制、“点面合作”模式、组建“互利组织”等措施,构建立体式产教融合质量的保障体系,促进职业教育人才培养模式的高质量发展。The main characteristics of high-level construction of vocational education are high quality,development and specialization.Cultivating a quality culture is of strategic significance for the integrated development of industry and education,which helps to play an important role in supporting vocational education to support social and economic transformation.In the practice of the integration of industry and education in China,each college has gradually formed its own unique quality culture.This paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the integration of industry and education and the connotation of the concept of quality culture,explains the structure and logical relationship between industry and education integration and quality culture,and examines the practical limitations in practice.Based on measures such as protecting the property rights of participating parties,establishing a risk sharing mechanism,a"point-to-face cooperation"model,and forming a"mutually beneficial organization",it builds a three-dimensional quality assurance system of industry and education integration,which can promote the high-quality development of vocational education talents training mode.
