品种类型、种子产地和成熟度对芹菜种子休眠的影响

摘　　要：为有效克服芹菜种子休眠问题,以3个西芹品种和2个本芹品种的当年采收新种子为试验材料,研究品种类型、种子产地和成熟度对芹菜种子休眠的影响。通过对参试品种种子发芽情况进行测定分析,结果发现:不同品种类型之间休眠程度存在显著差异,西芹比本芹休眠更深;不同地区采收的同一品种种子休眠有所不同,采种地的种子发育成熟期温度低,种子休眠就深;随着种子发育成熟,其发芽势会相应提高,再经过4个月后熟,成熟度好的种子休眠能被明显破解。从发芽率来看,不同成熟度种子相差不大,都在90%以上,体现不出休眠变化。In order to effectively overcome the dormancy of celery seed,the effects of variety type,production area and ripeness on dormancy of celery seeds were studied.The results showed that the significant differences on seed dormancy existed between different types of celery varieties,stalk celery varieties showed stronger dormant than Chinese celery.The dormancy of the seeds of same variety harvested from different areas was different.The dormancy was deep when the temperature was low during the seed maturity.With the development of seeds,their germination potential would increase accordingly.After 4 months of after-ripening,the dormancy of seeds with better rineness could be significantly cracked.In terms of germination rate,there was little difference among seeds with different rineness,which were more than 90%,and not reflect the change of dormancy.
