摘 要:在应用理论力学指导现代农业机械设计的教学和科研中,恢复系数是仿真设计作物播种、收获、输送等环节相关工作部件和性能分析的属性参数之一。针对现有实验设备获取非结构化农业散粒物料间碰撞恢复系数受限的问题,基于滑动碰撞原理、镜面反射原理和运动形式转换思路,开发了三维碰撞恢复系数测定实验平台。以鲜苹果为测试对象,开展果实间不同碰撞角度下恢复系数的测定实验,结果表明该平台测定精度高、处理简单、适应性广,完善了现代农业机械设计领域力学的实验教学和科研手段,丰富了实践教学环节,促进了科研创新,为科研辅助教学提供了良好的平台。In the application of theoretical mechanics to guide teaching and scientific research of modern agricultural machinery design,coefficient of restitution(CoR)is an essential parameter required to establish simulation models used for carrying out performance analysis of working parts related to sowing,harvesting and conveying.Aiming at the problem that the existing experimental equipment is limited to obtain the CoR for collision between unstructured agricultural granular materials,a CoR of three-dimensional collision measurement experimental platform is developed based on the sliding collision principle,the mirror reflection principle and the idea of motion form conversion.Taking fresh apples as the test object,experiments are carried out to determine the CoR under different collision angles between fruits.Results indicate that the platform features high accuracy,simple processing,and great adaptability.In addition,across the field of modern agricultural machinery design,it improves experimental teaching and scientific research approaches for mechanics,enriches practical teaching,promotes scientific innovation,and offers a good platform for teaching with an assistance of scientific research.
