摘　　要：The Han Dynasty was the second imperial dynasty of China.It had two periods:the Western Han Dynasty and the Eastern Han Dynasty.The Western Han Dynasty was established by Emperor Gaozu,Liu Bang.During Liu Bang’s reign,there was no war,and the country was able to restore.After Liu Bang's death,his son ascended the throne.The son was still young,so Uu Bang’s wife,the Empress Lyu,took control of the power.The Empress Lyu caused chaos across the country.In the end,she was overthrown and Uu Bang’s another son,Liu Heng,ascended the throne.
