摘  要:为研究新疆轧花车间温湿度对棉花加工过程中棉结、杂质及颜色级的影响程度,在新疆某轧花厂进行了跟踪试验采样分析。结果表明:车间温湿度对棉结指标影响很大,对杂质有一定影响,对反射率和黄度影响微弱。环境温湿度主要影响轧花、皮清工序的棉结和杂质指标,随着环境温度的降低,相对湿度增加,清杂效果差,棉结增长多;温度相对高一点、相对湿度低时,利于除杂和降低棉结的生成,但是当相对湿度低于45%时,会产生静电,棉结会有增多的趋势。籽清工序的棉纤维指标主要受烘棉温度和籽棉本身回潮率影响。认为:合理控制棉花初加工环境温湿度有利于提高棉花初加工的皮棉质量。In order to study the influence of temperature&humidity in Xinjiang ginning workshop on neps,impurities and color grades during cotton processing,tracking test sampling analysis was carried out in one Xinjiang ginning factory.The results showed that temperature&humidity of the workshop had a great influence on neps index,had a certain influence on the impurities and had a weak influence on reflectivity and yellowness.The ambient temperature&humidity mainly affected neps and impurities in ginning and cleaning processes.With the decrease of ambient temperature,the relative humidity was increased,cleaning effect was poor and neps were increased.When the temperature was relatively higher and the relative humidity was lower,it was beneficial to remove impurities and reduce generation of neps.However,when the relative humidity was lower than 45%,static electricity would be generated and the neps tend to be increased.The cotton fiber index in the seed cleaning process was mainly affected by drying temperature of cotton and moisture regain of the seed cotton.It is considered that reasonable control of ambient temperature&humidity in cotton primary processing is beneficial to improve the quality of ginned cotton.
