摘　　要：为满足健康中国战略下社会对卫生检验与检疫专业人才的需求,温州医科大学依据学科建设优势及专业办学经验,开展基于与医学检验技术专业融合的复合型人才培养模式探索,笔者从培养目标、课程体系、师资队伍和教学资源建设等方面介绍了思路、实施方法及在人才培养方面取得的初步成效,为新医科背景下的卫生检验与检疫专业高等教育改革提供经验。To meet the social demand for health inspection and quarantine professionals under Healthy China strategy,Wenzhou Medical University,taking advantages of its medical laboratory technology and the experience in professional education,has explored the interdisciplinary educational mode.The author introduces the train of thought,the implementation method and the preliminary results from the aspects of training objectives,curriculum,teaching staff and teaching resources,so as to share experience in the higher education reform of health inspection and quarantine specialty against the background of New Medical Science.
