摘 要:在低温环境下,柴油发动机的润滑油黏度增大,流动性变差,摩擦阻力增加;蓄电池活性降低,电容量减小,起动力矩也随之减少;混合气和燃烧室环境温度过低,导致柴油发动起动困难,同时易出现起动成功后又熄火的问题。针对上述问题提出了一种柴油发动机格栅加热控制方法,将格栅加热过程分为预加热、起动加热和后加热3个阶段,根据发动机的环境温度、进气温度、冷却液温度等信息,在发动机不同阶段采用相应的控制算法。将该控制算法应用于控制器进行低温环境验证,柴油发动机在-35℃能够迅速起动,满足使用要求。At low temperature,the viscosity of diesel engine lubricating oil increases,the fluidity becomes worse and the friction resistance increases;The battery activity decreases,the capacitance decreases,and the starting torque also decreases;The ambient temperature of mixture and combustion chamber is too low,which leads to difficult starting of diesel engine.At the same time,it is easy to have the problem of starting and flameout after successful starting.To solve the above problems,a grid heating control method for diesel engine is proposed.The grid heating process is divided into three stages:pre heating,starting heating and post heating.According to the information of engine ambient temperature,intake temperature and coolant temperature,the corresponding control algorithm is adopted in different stages of the engine.The control algorithm is applied to the controller for low temperature environment verification.The diesel engine can start quickly at-35 ℃ and meet the application requirements.
