摘 要:基于某传统清扫车开展试验,实时采集车速、发动机功率、油耗等参数。通过仿真手段开展串联式混动清扫车计算分析,计算表明串联式混动技术节油率为24.83%。其中发动机工况优化节油率为19.67%;由于原副发动机油耗大,更换为电机后节油率可达15.44%;清扫车减速制动时间少,制动回收节油率仅为3.96%。串联式混动清扫车节油率高,成本回收周期短,应用前景广阔。Collect real-time vehicle speed,engine power,fuel consumption and other parameters of a traditional sweep truck.Make analysis of the series hybrid sweep truck by the simulation.The result shows that the fuel saving rate is 24.83%.The optimization of engine working conditions contribution to 19.67%.When the original auxiliary engine is replaced by the motor,it will save 15.44%due to the bad fuel consumption of engine.The fuel saving rate due to braking recovery is only 3.96% with less deceleration.The series hybrid sweep truck has the advantages of high fuel saving rate,short cost recovery cycle and broad application prospect.
