摘　　要：海运业务与海商法课程是一门集专业性、技术性、涉外性和法律性于一体的多学科融合的综合应用型课程,作为航海技术、港口与航运管理等专业的专业课程,覆盖面广、受众层次广泛。线上线下混合式教学不仅能发挥教师引导、启发、监控教学过程的主导作用,还能充分体现学生作为学习主体的主动性、积极性与创造性,以海运业务与海商法课程为例,依托职教云信息化教学平台,从建课开班、资源建设、教学实施、教学考核等方面探讨了混合式教学实施方法,以期改善传统的课堂教学效果,提高教学质量。The course "Maritime Business and Maritime Law" is a comprehensive application-oriented course integrating professional, technical, foreign-related and legal aspects. It is a professional course for maritime technology, port and shipping management, etc., covering a wide range of audiences. The online and offline blended teaching can not only play the leading role of teachers in guiding, inspiring and monitoring the teaching process, but also fully reflect the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of students as the main body of learning. The teaching cloud information-based teaching platform discusses the implementation method of hybrid teaching from the aspects of resource construction, teaching implementation, teaching assessment, etc., in order to improve the traditional classroom teaching effect and improve the teaching quality.
