摘　　要：乡村振兴战略影响着成人教育发展质量,科学合理的规划将为成人继续教育注入活力,从而提升成人继续教育的发展水平。当前,成人教育面临许多问题,如定位模糊、供给不足、师资匮乏等。在乡村振兴背景下,教育主体正在尝试利用多种方式解决成人教育发展面临的问题,实现成人教育各参与主体观念的转变,从而促进成人教育整体质量提升。随着成人教育改革的深入,新时代的元素将在成人教育体系中发挥更重要的作用,成人教育将为乡村提供更多高素质人才,最终达到促进乡村经济发展、助力乡村振兴的目的。The rural revitalization strategy affects the quality of adult education development.Scientific and reasonable planning will inject vitality into adult continuing education,thereby improving the development level of adult continuing education.At present,adult education faces many problems,such as vague positioning,insufficient supply,and lack of teachers.In the context of rural revitalization,the subject of education is trying to solve the problems faced by the development of adult education in a variety of ways,and to realize the transformation of the concept of each participant in adult education,thereby promoting the overall quality of adult education.With the deepening of adult education reform,elements of the new era will play a more important role in the adult education system.Adult education will provide more high-quality talents for the countryside,and ultimately achieve the goal of promoting rural economic development and helping rural revitalization.
