摘  要:为了有效感知海量可再生资源接入的区域配电网综合态势,提出了一种基于梯形模糊数和MARCOS的评估方法。首先从安全态势、经济态势、低碳态势和调控态势4个方面构建了区域配电网综合态势评估指标体系;其次采用梯形模糊数表达和处理专家对定性指标的语义评估信息,并基于模糊理论对评估信息进行融合以减少不确定性对配电网综合态势评估结果的影响;然后采用梯形模糊MARCOS方法对决策信息进行处理,由此获取最终的评估结果。最后以太原市为例,利用所提方法对该市管辖范围内的区域配电网的综合态势进行评估和分析,并结合实际情况验证所提方法的可行性和有效性。To effectively perceive the comprehensive situation of regional distribution network with massive renewable resources,an evaluation approach based on trapezoidal fuzzy number and measurement of alternatives and ranking according to compromise solution(MARCOS)is proposed.First,the comprehensive situation evaluation index system of regional distribution network is constructed,which involves four aspects of security situation,economic situation,low-carbon situation,and regulation situation.Then,the trapezoidal fuzzy number is used to express and analyze the semantic evaluation information of experts on qualitative indicators,and the evaluation information is fused based on fuzzy theory to reduce the impact of uncertainties on the comprehensive situation evaluation results of distribution network.Further,the trapezoidal fuzzy MARCOS method is used to process the decision-making information,thereby the final evaluation results are obtained.Finally,taking Taiyuan as an example,the proposed method is used to evaluate and analyze the comprehensive situation of the regional distribution networks within the jurisdiction of the city,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by combining with the realities.
