摘  要:金花葵属锦葵科、秋葵属,其叶与蓖麻相似,为一年生植物。化学成分包括黄酮、多糖、皂苷、脂肪酸等,具有降脂、抗癌功效。临床应用发展缓慢,药物研发产品少,食品应用发展较好,目前市面上有多种相关产品。本文对金花葵的成分、生物活性、食品功能应用等方面做一综述,为金花葵后续产品开发提供参考。Aurea helianthu is an annual plant belonging to mallow family and okra.Its leaves are similar to castor.Chemical composition including flavonoids,polysaccharides,saponins,fatty acid,etc.,It has lipid-lowering and anticancer effects.The development of its clinical application is slow.There are few drug R&D products,and the development of food application is good.At present,there are a variety of related products on the market.In this paper,the composition,biological activity,food function and application of aurea helianthu were reviewed to provide reference for the follow-up product development of aurea helianthu.
