摘 要:根据当前煤矿井下水仓工况,提出了一种用于清挖煤泥的双臂大角度正铲装置,利用SolidWorks建立了正铲清挖装置三维装配模型,对该正铲清挖装置工作过程进行了分析研究,并在3种特定工况下对该正铲清挖装置的大臂、小臂和铲斗进行了有限元分析,得到了大臂、小臂及铲斗位移和应力分布图,为后续的优化及设计提供了理论参考,对水仓煤泥清理有一定的参考价值。According to the current working conditions of underground sump in coal mine, a double arm large angle front shovel device for cleaning coal slime was proposed. The three-dimensional assembly model of the front shovel cleaning and excavation device was established by SolidWorks, the working process of the front shovel cleaning and excavation device was analyzed and studied, and the boom, jib and bucket of the front shovel cleaning and excavation device were analyzed by finite element method under three specific working conditions. The displacement and stress distribution diagram of jib and bucket were obtained, which provides a theoretical reference for subsequent optimization and design, and has a certain reference value for sump slime cleaning.
