摘　　要：3MZ3110CNC超精机是加工轴承内沟道套圈的机床,目前的油石夹紧机构复杂,更换油石耗时多,且油石挡片易磨损,油石易脱落断裂。针对该系列问题改进了油石夹装置,利用油石和夹具之间的摩擦力进行紧固,既改变了原来复杂的油石更换方式,又大大减少了油石脱落和断裂现象,提高了整体生产效率。3MZ3110CNC lapping machine is a machine tool for processing bearing inner raceway rings. The current oilstone clamping mechanism is complex, and it takes a long time to replace the oilstone, and the oilstone retaining plate is easy to wear, and the oilstone is easy to fall off and break. To solve this problem, the oilstone clamp device is improved, and the friction between the oilstone and the fixture is used to tighten, which not only changes the original complicated way of oilstone replacement, but also greatly reduces the phenomenon of oilstone falling off and fracture, and improves the overall production efficiency.
