摘 要:微种植支抗钉是一种可以植入患者颌骨或牙槽骨内的螺纹钛钉或钛合金钉,常用于临床正畸治疗中,作为“绝对支抗”,辅助压低伸长磨牙以开辟修复空间或矫正高角和开牙合等。和传统方法相比,微种植支抗钉的使用在压低伸长磨牙方面有不损伤对牙合牙体牙髓组织,创伤小,压低效果明显等优势。本文将对微种植体支抗压低磨牙的临床应用、临床评价、并发症及防治方法、新的理念和治疗手段、不足与未来展望等方面作一综述。Micro-implant anchorage nail is a kind of threaded titanium nail or titanium alloy nail that can be implanted into the jaw of patient or alveolar bone. It is often used in clinical orthodontic treatment as “absolute anchorage” to assist in depressing the elongated molars to open up repair space or correct high angle and open bite. Compared with the traditional method, the use of micro-implant anchorage nail has the advantages of no damage to the pulp tissue of occlusal teeth, less trauma and obvious depression effect. In this paper, the clinical application, clinical evaluation, complications, prevention and treatment methods, new ideas and treatment methods, shortcomings and future prospects of micro-implant anchorage for low molars will be reviewed.
