摘 要:乳腺癌作为高度异质性肿瘤,单一化疗药物紫杉醇难以有效抑制癌症发展,在治疗后期频繁出现耐药状况。本文主要从药物排出蛋白表达、糖代谢改变和相关microRNA表达变化来探索紫杉醇耐药的潜在机制,进而探索克服紫杉醇耐药的新途径。除此之外,糖代谢改变还会诱发自噬,在调控乳腺癌紫杉醇耐药方面具有积极意义。本文回顾了在乳腺癌治疗中糖代谢改变对抗紫杉醇耐药的知识,以及糖酵解抑制剂和紫杉醇联合治疗在对抗紫杉醇耐药方面显示出的前景。Breast cancer is a highly heterogeneous tumor,single chemotherapy drug paclitaxel is difficult to effectively inhibit the development of cancer,drug resistance will often appear in the later stages of treatment.This research explores the possible mechanisms of paclitaxel resistance from drug excretion protein expression,glycose metabolism and related microRNA expression,and then explore new ways to overcome paclitaxel resistance.In addition,changes in glucose metabolism can also induce autophagy,which has positive significance in regulating paclitaxel resistance in breast cancer.We review the knowledge that changes in glucose metabolism contribute to resistance to paclitaxel in breast cancer treatment,and the promise that the combination therapy with glycolysis inhibitors and paclitaxel in overcome resistance to paclitaxel.
