《金匮要略》相反相成配伍法及其临床运用初探

摘　　要：总结张仲景《金匮要略》中对相反相成配伍法的论述,梳理相反相成的具体配伍方式,并将其归纳概括为6个方面,即攻补兼施法(包括散补并行、清补同用、消补共用、攻邪护正、散敛共用)、燥润互济法(包括燥润并重、以燥佐润)、寒热并行法(包括上下寒热并用、解表清里、寒热反佐)、阴阳平调法、数法兼备、升降相因法。这些配伍方法对于临床中复杂病机的治疗具有重要的指导意义,掌握其配伍之法对于提高临床辨识、诊断、治疗疾病的作用,具有重要的指导意义。This paper summarizes zhongjing’s discussion on the compatibility of opposites and mutual complementarities in Synopsis of Golden Chamber,sorts out the specific compatibility of opposites and mutual complementarities,and summarizes them into six aspects:(1)The combination of attack and replenishing(including the combination of dispersing and tonifying,the combination of clearing and tonifying,the combination of dispelling and tonifying,the combination of attacking evil and protecting the origin,the combination of dispersing and restraining);(2)Mutual aid of dryness and moistening(including equal emphasis on dryness and moistening with dryness);(3)Parallel method of cold and heat(including Co-application of upper and lower cold and heat,relieving superficies and clearing interior,contrary compatibility with cold and heat);(4)Yin-yang balancing method;(5)multiple methods are used together;(6)Ascending and descending method.These methods of compatibility have important guiding significance for the clinical treatment of complicated pathogenesis,and mastering the method of compatibility has important guiding significance for improving the clinical identification,diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
