摘 要:针对中心负压机组存在能源浪费问题,设计一套系统以求解决此问题。根据医院现有条件(大型中央空调机组常年运行)进行总体框架设计,依次确定硬件结构、硬件选型、程序设计、参数设定,对整个中心负压机组冷却系统进行试验,将原有冷却系统与新设计冷却系统进行对比,得出新设计的中心负压机组冷却系统节能效果较为显著,可以减少中心负压机组压缩机结垢和污水排放。Aiming at the problem of energy waste in the central negative pressure unit, a system is designed to solve this problem. According to the existing conditions of the hospital(large-scale central air-conditioning units operate all year round), the overall frame design is carried out, and the hardware structure, hardware selection, program design, and parameter setting are determined in turn, and the cooling system of the entire central negative pressure unit is tested. The original cooling system compared with the newly designed cooling system, it is concluded that the newly designed cooling system of the central negative pressure unit has a more significant energy saving effect, which can reduce the scaling of the compressor of the central negative pressure unit and the discharge of sewage.
