摘  要:在涡轮增压汽油机上增加电动增压器(EC)形成两级增压系统,可以进一步提高低速扭矩,加快瞬态响应,避免低速扫气,降低排放。与电动增压器前置相比,电动增压器后置能更多地利用涡轮增压器的能量。试验表明,达到相同扭矩,电动增压器后置转速更低,消耗电能更少。电动增压器能显著加快发动机的瞬态响应,电动增压器前置或后置,瞬态响应时间差异不大。Two-stage supercharging system of gasoline machine composed of turbocharger and electric supercharger can further improve the low speed torque,accelerate the transient response,avoid the low speed scavenging,and reduce the emission.Compared with elec-tric supercharger installed in front of the turbocharger,the electric supercharger installed on the rear of the turbocharger can make more use of the energy of the turbocharger and use lower speed to achieve the same torque.The electric supercharger can significantly accel-erate the transient response of the engine.
