摘　　要：在新工科建设背景下,如何培养具有创新能力的应用型人才,探索与革新当前专业型硕士研究生教育培养模式以适应市场新需求,是我国高等院校研究生人才培养面临的一项重大挑战。根据目前国内电子信息专业学位研究生培养现状,分析培养过程中存在的主要问题,提出结合思政教育多元化、开展前沿理论交流论坛、建立校企联合培养基地与通过竞赛项目创新应用的培养模式,以切实提高专业型硕士研究生培养质量。初步实践结果表明,该模式可培养具备创新意识与实践应用能力的复合型专业硕士研究生,提高就业质量,为国家和社会输送适应经济发展需求的创新型卓越人才。Under the background of emerging engineering construction,it is a great challenge for the cultivation of graduate talents in colleges and universities in China to cultivate applied talents with innovative ability and to explore and innovate the current education and cultivation mode of professional postgraduates to meet the new needs of the market. According to the current situation of the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in electronic information in China,analyze the main problems existing in the cultivation process,and puts forward the cultivation mode of diversification of ideological and political education,development of cutting-edge theory exchange forum,establishment of joint training base between schools and enterprises and innovative application through competition projects,so as to effectively improve the cultivation quality of professional postgraduates. The preliminary practice shows that this model can cultivate compound professional postgraduates with strong innovation consciousness and high practical ability,improve the quality of employment,and transport innovative and outstanding talents to meet the needs of economic development for the country and society.
