摘　　要：《中共中央关于党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验的决议》提出党百年奋斗的历史经验为“十个坚持”。“十个坚持”覆盖主体、利益分配、发展力量、发展方式方法等几种关系,为发展龙岩城市一小时红色旅游圈提供了行动指南。在市场分析与制约因素分析的基础上,认为龙岩市应抓住政策红利,建设“红色文化之都”,满足市民红色旅游需求;推动红色文化、客家文化、生态文化等融合发展,提升文化自信;主体协同,多方发力,推动红色旅游短期与长期开发;新旧融合,创新发展,实现红色旅游产品创造性转化与创新性发展。The Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party’s Hundred-Year Struggle puts forward that the historical experience of the Party’s hundred-year struggle is“ten insistences”.The“ten insistences”cover several relationships,such as the main body,benefit distribution,development force,development mode and method,which provides an action guide for the development of one-hour Red tourism circle in Longyan city.On the basis of market analysis and analysis of restrictive factors,it is believed that Longyan city should seize the policy dividend and build a“city of Red culture”to meet the needs of citizens for red tourism.Promoting the integrated development of red culture,Hakka culture and ecological culture will enhance cultural confidence.The main body cooperates with various forces to promote the short-term and long-term development of the Red tourism.By integrating the old and the new as well as innovating and developing,the creative transformation and innovative development of the Red tourism products will be realized.
