混合痔治疗现状分析

摘　　要：痔病是临床最为常见的肛肠病之一,自古有“十人九痔”之说。痔的发病率随着人们饮食及生活习惯的改变,呈逐年上涨的趋势。虽痔不至于危及生命,但却严重影响人们的正常生活。一般来说,女性痔病患者远多于男性,怀孕妊娠极大地增加了女性患痔的风险。痔病的发生,多与地理环境、工作性质、生活、饮食等有关。根据患者发病的部位,可以具体分为内痔、外痔和混合痔。不同类型的痔有着不同的症状及不同的治疗方案,现代临床治疗此病主要以消除基本症状为主要目的。在临床应用中有非手术疗法与手术疗法。其中手术疗法是目前治疗Ⅲ度以上混合痔的最佳选择。本文将对近年来混合痔的各种手术方式予以综述。Hemorrhoids are one of the most common anorectal diseases in clinical practice. There has been a saying of "nine hemorrhoids in ten people" since ancient times. The incidence of hemorrhoids is increasing year by year with the changes in people’s diet and living habits. Although hemorrhoids are not life-threatening, they seriously affect people’s normal life. Generally speaking, there are far more female patients with hemorrhoids than males, and pregnancy greatly increases the risk of hemorrhoids in women. The occurrence of hemorrhoids is mostly related to the geographical environment, nature of work, life, diet and so on. According to the location of the patient’s disease, the hemorrhoids can be divided into internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids, and mixed hemorrhoids. Different types of hemorrhoids have different symptoms and different treatment options. The main purpose of modern clinical treatment of this disease is to eliminate the basic symptoms. In clinical applications, there are non-surgical treatments and surgical treatments.Among them, surgical therapy is currently the best choice for treating mixed hemorrhoids above grade Ⅲ. This article will review the various surgical methods of mixed hemorrhoids in recent years.
