磷酸甘油酸变位酶1与成纤维细胞激活蛋白-α在大肠癌组织中的表达情况及与腹水的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨磷酸甘油酸变位酶1(PGAM1)与成纤维细胞激活蛋白-α(FAP-α)在大肠癌组织中的表达情况及与腹水的相关性分析。方法本研究为回顾性研究, 选取2019年8月至2021年3月南阳市第一人民医院肿瘤内科收治的120例大肠癌患者, 年龄(45.96±1.96)岁, 年龄范围为30~65岁。根据患者是否合并腹水分为合并腹水组(n=48)与非合并腹水组(n=72), 采用免疫组织化学法对两组患者癌组织中的PGAM1与FAP-α的表达情况进行检测, 合并腹水组行肠镜黏膜活检, 分析PGAM1与FAP-α与肿瘤进展及腹水的关系。结果合并腹水组PGAM1在大肠癌组织中的高表达率[66.7%(32/48)]高于癌旁组织[27.1%(13/48)], 非合并腹水组PGAM1在大肠癌组织中的高表达率[65.3%(47/72)]高于癌旁组织[33.3%(24/72)], 且合并腹水组的大肠癌组织高表达率高于非合并腹水组, 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。合并腹水组FAP-α在大肠癌组织中的高表达率[68.7%(33/48)]高于癌旁组织[37.5%(18/48)], 非合并腹水组FAP-α在大肠癌组织中的高表达率[65.3%(47/72)]高于癌旁组织[37.5%(27/72)], 且合并腹水组的大肠癌组织高表达率高于非合并腹水组, 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。合并腹水组PGAM1阳性表达率[62.5%(30/48)]高于阴性表达率[37.5%(18/48)], FAP-α阳性表达率[66.7%(32/48)]高于阴性表达率[33.3%(16/48)], 非合并腹水组PGAM1阳性表达率[58.3%(42/72)]高于阴性表达率[41.7%(30/72)], FAP-α阳性表达率[68.1%(49/72)]高于阴性表达率[31.9%(23/72)], 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PGAM1与FAP-α的阳性表达率比较, 差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对大肠癌组织内的PGAM1与FAP-α的表达检测能够让医护人员及患者对腹水病症的进一步恶化做好预防, 可以帮助诊断肿瘤侵袭以及采取预后手段, 其临床意义十分重要。Objective To investigate the expression of phosphoglycerate glyceric acid mutase 1(PGAM1)and fibroblast activating protein-α(FAP-α)in colorectal carcinoma and their correlation with ascites.Methods This study was a retrospective study,a total of 120 patients admitted to the department of Oncology of Nanyang First People′s Hospital from August 2019 to March 2021,aged(45.96±1.96)years old,the age range ranged from 30 to 65 years old.They were selected and divided into combined ascites group(n=48)and non-combined ascites group(n=72)according to whether they had ascites or not.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PGAM1 and FAP-αin cancer tissues of the two groups.Colonoscopic mucosal biopsy was performed in the ascites group to analyze the relationship between PGAM1 and FAP-αand tumor progression and ascites.Results In the combined ascites group,the high expression rate of PGAM1 in colorectal cancer tissues[66.7%(32/48)]was higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues[27.1%(13/48)];in the non-combined ascites group,the high expression rate of PGAM1 in colorectal cancer tissues[65.3%(47/72)]was higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues[33.3%(24/72)],and that in the combined ascites group para-carcinoma tissues was higher than the non-combined ascites group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The high expression rate of FAP-αin colorectal cancer tissues[68.7%(33/48)]was higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues[37.5%(18/48)]in the combined ascites group,the high expression rate of FAP-αin colorectal cancer tissues[65.3%(47/72)]was higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues[37.5%(27/72)]in the non-combined ascites group,and that in thecombined ascites group was higher than the non-combined ascites group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of PGAM1[62.5%(30/48)]was higher than the negative expression rate[37.5%(18/48)],the positive expression rate of FAP-α[66.7%(32/48)]was higher than the negative expression rate[33.
