粘接桥在牙周病伴前牙缺失基牙松动修复中的使用

摘　　要：为提高牙周病伴前牙缺失基牙松动情况的临床修复效果,选择对前牙缺失患者采用双端全瓷树脂粘接桥修复处理。在2年随访中对患者运用美国公共健康协议(APHA)制定修复体临床评价疗效,发现在20例患者完成双端全瓷树脂粘接桥修复后6个月,利用APHA完成的6项评价指标均为A级;完成修复后1年,除了1例修复体的周围龋齿评价为B级,剩余为A级;在完成修复后2年,1例修复体周围龋为B级,1例修复体折断为B级,剩余为A级。对个别前牙缺失基牙松动修复,应用双端全瓷树脂粘接桥的效果显著。In order to improve the clinical restoration effect of periodontal disease with anterior tooth loss and abutment loosening,the patients with anterior tooth loss were selected to use double-ended all-ceramic resin cemented bridge repair treatment,and the patients were treated with American Public Health Agreement(APHA)during the 2-year follow-up.The Agreement(APHA)developed the clinical evaluation of the prosthesis and found that six months after the repair of the double-ended all-ceramic resin bonded bridge in 20 patients,the six evaluation indicators completed by APHA were all Grade A;one year after the completion of the repair,Except for 1 case of surrounding dental caries evaluated as grade B,the remaining cases were rated as grade A;2 years after the completion of the restoration,1 case of surrounding dental caries was rated as grade B,1 case of restoration was broken at grade B,and the remaining case was grade A.For the loose restoration of individual anterior teeth missing abutment,the application of double-end all-ceramic resin bonding bridge has a significant effect.
