摘　　要：目的 探讨TAZ蛋白在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法 收集2010年6月~2013年1月在云南省第一人民医院胸心外科手术切除且经病理确诊的62例非小细胞肺癌组织为试验组,以癌旁组织(距肿瘤缘>5cm)和21例肺良性肿瘤组织为对照组,采用蛋白质印迹法(westem blot,WB)检测TAZ蛋白表达情况并分析。结果 蛋白质印迹法检测到TAZ蛋白在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达量高于癌旁及肺良性肿瘤组织,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000,0.008,P<0.05)。非小细胞肺癌患者TAZ蛋白表达在肿瘤大小及分化程度分组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.036,0.011,P<0.05)。结论 TAZ可能与非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展相关;TAZ可能成为预测肺癌预后的指标及治疗靶点。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of tafazzin(TAZ) protein in non-small cell lung cancer tissues. Methods A total of 62 cases of pathologically confirmed non-small cell lung cancer tissues were collected from June 2010 to January, 2013 in the Department of cardiothoracic surgery of the first people′s Hospital of Yunnan Premoved in the thoracic and cardiac surgery were used as the experimental group, and the adjacent tissues(more than 5 cm away from the tumor edge) and 21 cases of benign lung tumor tissues were used as the control group. The expression of TAZ protein was detected and analyzed by western blotting(WB). Results WB showed that the expression levels of TAZ protein in non-small cell lung cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues and benign lung tumor tissues(P=0.000/0.008, P<0.05),with statistically significant differences. There were statistically significant differences in the expression of TAZ protein for patients with non-small cell lung cancer among groups with varied tumor size or differentiation degree(P=0.036/0.011, P<0.05). Conclusion TAZ may be related to the occurrence and development of non-small cell lung cancer;TAZ may be an index for predicting the prognosis of lung cancer and therapeutic target.
