脑梗死患者血清Caspase-1和IL-18表达水平及与预后的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨脑梗死患者血清中半胱氨酸蛋白水解酶-1(Caspase-1)和白介素-18(IL-18)表达水平及与预后的相关性。方法 选取2018年6月至2020年4月就诊的50例脑梗死患者为观察组,50例体检健康者为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测2组血清IL-18水平,采用酶标分析仪检测2组血清Caspase-1水平。依据改良Rankin量表将观察组分为预后好组与预后差组,探讨血清IL-18以及Caspase-1含量与预后的相关。结果 观察组血清Caspase-1和IL-18水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);预后好组患者血清Caspase-1和IL-18水平低于预后差组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑梗死患者血清Caspase-1和IL-18水平与脑梗死预后呈正相关(r值分别为0.841、0.836,P<0.05)。结论 脑梗死患者血清IL-18和Caspase-1的含量增多,且血清IL-18及Caspase-1含量与脑梗死患者的预后呈正相关。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression levels of Caspase-1 and IL-18 and prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Fifty patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to April 2020 were enrolled cas observation group,at the same time,the other 50 healthy subjects who underwent health examination were enrolled as control group.ELISA was used to detect the serum levels of IL-18,and the serum levels of Caspase-1 were detected by enzyme labeled analyzer.Based on the modified Rankin scale,the patients were divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group.The correlation between the expression levels of Caspase-1 and IL-18 and prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction was analyzed.Results The serum levels of IL-18 and Caspase-1 in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),moreover,which in good prognosis group were significantly lower than those in poor prognosis group(P<0.05).In addition The serum levels of caspase-1 and IL-18 in patients with cerebral Infarction were positively correlated with the prognosis of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of IL-18 and Caspase-1 in patients with cerebral infarction are increased,moreover,which are positively correlated with the prognosis of patients.
