摘  要:以自制甲壳素为原料,在超声辐射条件下将甲壳素脱乙酰化,探讨了氢氧化钠浓度、氢氧化钠与有机相配比、温度、超声波中的反应时间、超声波的频率对脱乙酰度的影响,确定了用甲壳素脱乙酰化制备壳聚糖的最优化条件。In this paper,chitin was deacetylated with self-made chitin under the condition of ultrasonic radiation.The effects of five factors on the degree of deacetylation were discussed,including the concentration of sodium hydroxide,the ratio of sodium hydroxide to organic,temperature,the reaction time in ultrasonic and the frequency of ultrasonic.The optimal conditions for the preparation of chitosan by deacetylation of chitin were determined.
